Data Deletion Instructions

You can remove the Facebook and Instagram data Copious holds at any time, and you can ask us to delete your whole account. Here is how.

Disconnect Facebook or Instagram in Copious

  1. Sign in to Copious at copiousapp.com.
  2. Open Connections in the menu.
  3. Choose Disconnect on the Facebook or Instagram account.

When you disconnect, we immediately delete the access tokens we stored for that account and stop publishing to it. Posts already published on Facebook or Instagram stay there; you can delete them on those platforms.

Remove Copious from your Facebook settings

  1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy → Settings.
  2. Go to Business integrations (sometimes listed under Apps and websites).
  3. Find Copious, select Remove, and confirm.

This stops Copious from accessing your Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts.

Delete your Copious account and all its data

Email support@copiousapp.com from the email address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my Copious account”. We will confirm the request and delete your account, posts, drafts, uploaded media, brand settings, and connection data within 30 days. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first in Settings → Billing so you are not charged again.
